“The problem is not that there are problems. The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem.”
-- Theodore Rubin
Sounds a little convoluted but it is so true. I discovered this to be true in the field of filmmaking that I work in. Every day on a movie shoot is controlled chaos with problems galore and things going wrong and one would think people would recognize this and deal with it but instead people get bent out of shape every time. I discovered that I would accept and embrace the problems, see them as challenges and stay calm and I found it worked a lot better. The same is true in all parts of life. There will always be problems or challenges as I like to call them and if we accept it and embrace it we will be able to handle it a lot better.

So true John! Problems are the speed bumps we need to navigate in order to get where we want to go. If there are no problems -- there's no opportunity to grow, create or succeed. So says I! ;-)
