Wherever you go.... There you are...
I've been thinking about this as I been visiting middle schools for my daughter. All the parents I know visit the same schools and yet after each visit we see the schools so differently. We bring our past, values, point of view and filters to everything we see. One parent sees a school that is too demanding while another sees the same school as too lax. Interesting.
It's good to recognize the filters and bias that we bring to any situation. So we don't see reality we see ourselves projected on to the reality.
So Wherever you go.... There you are...
