Hit the gym tonight for a little workout. Did a set of 505 consecutive sit-ups on a core ball. Set new mini fitness goal to achieve by end of December. Goal: A set of 1000 consecutive sit-ups and a set of 100 consecutive pushups and a set of 20 consecutive pull-ups.
You are clearly doing your exercise incorrectly. Doing 505 sit-ups will give negligible benefits. You should be aiming for failure at 20 sit-ups with weights. Your method will neither give the benefits of cardio or the resistance for lean abdominal muscle growth. Essentially you are wasting your time...
