Pain is Fear Leaving the Body

Hit the gym tonight for a quick 1/2 hr workout. Did 150 consecutive sit-ups on the core ball and really felt it. 1 and 1/2 years ago in Texas I was up to 1000 consecutive sit-ups. Okay new goal time to get back to I000 sit-ups by end of year or sooner...
