Wednesday's Book of the Week - "Just Listen"

Just started to read this and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to communicate with people. So that's everyone. Great techniques to use to also communicate in difficult situations and with difficult people.
And as I overheard an actor on set tell another actor; "You know why God gave you two ears and one mouth? So you could listen twice as much so zip it and listen."
