2014 Year of the Horse
2014 is the Calendar "Year of the Horse"
It is shaping up to be the same in my world with my daughter back full steam riding and taking classes in 3 day eventing.
And we shooting the feature film that is inspired by a true story "The Sunday Horse" in Georgia this year.

2013 - 2014 Looking Back, Looking Forward. New Beginnings
2013 - 2014 Looking Back, Looking Forward. New Beginnings
2013 has been a year of new beginnings for me and 2014 looks like I will expand on those and add some new ones to the mix.
Some of my new starts in 2013 have included:
Directing 2 short films for the "The Flag" project, being interviewed on over 6 radio and internet shows about The Flag, being interviewed on internet program on Line Producing, creating an Indie GoGo campaign for the Flag , Co-Producing a short Robin Thicke Film "Mercy", appearing twice on the internet show The Glasov Gang, teaching a 2 day Film Seminar to the MBA film program at John Paul the Great University, filming some short YouTube videos on film production and motivation for my YouTube channel, and doing some initial Life Coaching.
These new starts were on top of me moving film projects forward and doing many schedules and budgets for multiple film projects. 2014 will start off with 2 Films shooting in Utah and Georgia.
And I am grateful for all the new beginnings but I have to admit that I feel like while I've done a lot I feel like I could have done more and accomplished more lat year. So I hope to raise the bar next year and make it my Best Year Ever.

One Person Can Make a Difference. Be That One Person
I received this thank you note from a student who attended my Film Seminar this weekend. I just had to share it because it was very special of her to write it and it made my evening when I opened it after returning home.
"You made this workshop a great learning experience ! The amount of thought, concern, and care that went into every moment of it blew me away. You've shown me that there are good people in Hollywood who stand for values and integrity, and that gives me hope. I am on a mission to impact the culture, you're right. And this weekend has been invaluable both in education and encouragement. So thank you for impacting me and all the students who attended. God bless you in your journey."
I am grateful that I was able to accomplish my objective in teaching the seminar and impacting the students. I am grateful for the opportunity that was provided to me to share my experiences with them and I thank her for the very kind words.
