Short Film - "Mila Dear To All"
Dave Alspach and myself were invited last night to a screening party for "Mila Dear To All" a short film by a very talented filmmaker/actress and humanitarian originally from Russia Lidiya Korotko. She made an excellent film to expose and make a difference around the horror of human sex trafficking. She plans on screening it at high schools and speaking out on the issue. What is your Purpose in Life?
I've been reading a few books about this recently and reflecting on it. Some books I've been reading include the following:
"20,000 Days and Counting"
The Message of You"
"The Noticer"
"How to Be Legendary"
Here is a quote by JohnnyBTruant about it to make you think
"Why do you do what you do? What is your purpose? Not the purpose you think you should have, or the purpose appropriate to what you already have going on (“I am the CEO of a major company, therefore I am responsible for XYZ”). Don’t do “therefore.” Don’t start with where you are and reverse-engineer the purpose you therefore must have in life.
Start at the top. Start with why you’d like to be here, regardless of where you actually are right now. Think of your ideal purpose. What you think you were truly meant to be, or, in the absence of some huge epiphany, what you’d LIKE to be, if you could be anything."
So think about it. It's never too late to be who you were meant to be...

Just started to read this and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to communicate with people. So that's everyone. Great techniques to use to also communicate in difficult situations and with difficult people.
